Meet the Doctors


        


Paul S. Mozer, DDS, MSc, DICOI

       Diplomate Intl Congress of Oral Implantologists
              Master of Science in Oral Implantology  

Dr. Mozer is one of only a few dentists nationwide with a Masters of Science Degree (MS) in Oral Implantology and has been honored with the credentials of both Diplomate and Fellow of the prestigious International Congress of Oral Implantologists.  Dr. Mozer is involved in the exciting area of conservative 3D Guided Dental Implant Surgery that utilizes 3D imaging to guide the implant into the best position.  This minimally invasive approach allows for pre-surgical planning of the optimal implant position.  

Dr. Mozer graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University at Albany with his bachelors in Biology before attending the University of Buffalo School of Dental Medicine where he received academic distinction and clinical commendations.  Dr. Mozer continued his training by conducting oral cancer research at the Roswell Park Cancer Institute and completing a Residency in General Practice while at New York Medical College and Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, New York.

In private practice Dr. Mozer firmly believes in education as a life-long process.  To this end, he has concentrated much of his educational pursuits over the years in the exciting areas of Same Day Cerec Crowns, Laser Cavity Preparation and Dental Implant placement and restoration with the use of innovative techniques and state of the art 3D Guided Implant Surgery.  Dr. Mozer is proud to be a member of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, Academy of Laser Dentistryand the Academy of General Dentistry.  Dr. Mozer enjoys caring for patients of all generations.

Dr. Mozer is on faculty teaching other dentists at the University of Frankfurt Dental School in Frankfurt Germany, the VA Hospital in Buffalo NY, St. Peter's Hospital in Albany, NY, the American Academy of Implant Dentistry's Boston Implant Maxicourse and is the Director of Clinical Implant Education at aleading guided implant surgery company 360Imaging.  Dr. Mozer is also a Key Opinion Leader for several implant related companies, sharing his knowledge and helping advance the field of implant dentistry.  Dr. Mozer has conducted clinical research and has published articles on guided implant surgery.


 

                       Yegor Dukashin, DDS

Dr. Dukashin is a proud graduate of Red Hook High School and Bard college before attending the University of Buffalo School of Dental Medicine.  Dr. Dukashin continued his training by conducting research in Oral Biology presenting at national and international conferences and completing a Residency in General Practice at Coney Island Hospital.  Throughout his training he has volunteered to provide dental care to underserved populations domestically and internationally including assisting to establish a remote dental clinic in West Africa and providing dental treatment to the local population.


 

                   Bruce Cuttler, DDS

Dr. Cuttler is a graduate of the Georgetown University School of Dental Medicine and has taken pride in maintaining his credentials and expanding his clinical skills as a member of the American Academy of General Dentistry.  He has extensive experience in restoring dental implants and was among the first in Northern Dutchess County to coordinate implant placements and restorations.  Dr. Cuttler takes pride in his service to the local community and is active in the local Medical Reserve Corps trained as an emergency responder in disaster preparedness.  He has taken leadership roles in many community and civic organizations and is a current board member and the immediate past-Chairman of the Board of the Northern Dutchess Hospital Foundation which is integral in the vitality of the Northern Dutchess Hospital.


          Joseph Blondin, DMD, MSc

Dr. Joseph Blondin is a Board Certified Endodontist who is committed to providing excellence in endodontic care with a focus on diagnosis and patient satisfaction.  Dr. Blondin earned his Endodontic Certificate and Masters Degree in Dental Science from the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine Endodontics program where he served as Chief Resident in his 3rd year.  Dr. Blondin completed a four year program at UCONN School of Dental Medicine to earn his DMD degree and earned his bachelor of science degree at the University of Notre Dame.  In 2014 Dr. Blondin received the very prestigious Top 10 nationwide award for his oral research presentation from the American Association of Endodontics.  He is active in dental politics and served as Resident Member of the American Association of Endodontics Committee on Regeneration and is a board member of the Dutchess County Dental Society.
